Au Pair - New Zealand
Work And Travel programs in New Zealand
With a population of only 4 million people, New Zealand is rather uncrowded, even if it is widely believed that there are 7 sheep to every person! The New Zealand work and travel program requires a working holiday visa (just like Australia!) that will allow you to work casually while traveling around the country. You must be 18 to 30 years of age for the visa and ready to explore the land of 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy! The work and travel program assists with opening a bank account and arranging tax information. It's flexibility allows you the ability to travel on your own (or with new friends!) between job opportunities.
The Work and Travel New Zealand program is an exciting support package for the independent traveler:
- Arrive in Auckland -- where everyone lives within half an hour of beautiful beaches and hiking trails!
- Access to our exclusive job database upon arrival (and for the entire year!)
- Two nights of initial accommodation, including breakfast
- Welcome orientation and a Youth Hostel Association membership for 12 months
