We are looking for an experienced PPC Marketing Manager to join our Central Europe Marketing Team, based in Budapest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our core Smaller Earth Group brands, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the Central Europe region.

About the job
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Camp Leaders, Camp Canada, Resort Leaders, American Camp Co., and Smaller Earth brands in Central Europe.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, with a particular focus on PPC advertising and paid media.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall company strategy.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in marketing.
- Advanced English language skills (fluent).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the travel or cultural exchange industry.
- Strong experience in PPC advertising and other forms of paid media, with a focus on driving performance and return on investment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
