Next up, you can begin to create your profile by providing your basic details.

To save yourself a place on Camp Leaders, all you need to do is pay your deposit.

4. Book your interview🧑‍💻

Your interview will be a fairly relaxed chat with one of our friendly National Team interviewers, who've all been to camp themselves.

5. Complete your application 💻

At this stage, new areas of your application will open up. We'll ask more about your work experience and any skills you might want to teach at camp.

6. Interview with camp

Once your application and profile is complete it will go live to our camp partners. If they like the look of your profile they will approach you for an interview.

7. Get hired 🎉

If there's a match after your interview the camp will offer you a placement. The moment you've been waiting for... you've found your camp; you're going to America!

8. Get ready for America 🧳

Finalize your visa, flights, insurance, and prep course; next stop, the USA.

Summer camps in America will get to see your profile and background and be able to make an offer to you if they believe you’ll be a great fit for their camp.

Once you have interviewed with them, they’ll make a decision on everything combined.

How much will I get paid for working at summer camp?

How much you get paid can depend on your role, camp, and skillset.

However, we guarantee that everyone will earn a minimum of $2250 before tax, meaning it pays to go with the Leaders.
